Akut Romatizmal Ateşte Görülen Ender Bir Ritim Bozukluğu: Supraventriküler Taşikardi

Öz

Akut Romatizmal Ateş ARA seyrinde en sık I. derece atri- yoventriküler blok olmak üzere farklı türlerde ritim ve ileti bozuklukları görülebilmektedir. Çoğu bradiaritmi olan bu bozukluklar kapak tutulumundan bağımsız görünmekte ve genellikle akut dönemle sınırlı seyretmektedir. Bu makale- de gezici poliartrit ve kardit nedeniyle ARA tanısı alan ve izleminin ikinci gününde supraventriküler taşikardi atağı- na giren 14 yaşında bir kız hasta sunuldu. İntravenöz adenozin ile durdurulan atak antiinflamatuvar tedavi ve sonrasında yinelendi

A Rare Rhythm Abnormality in Acute Rheumatic Fever: Supraventricular Tachycardia

Öz

Different kinds of rhythm and conduction disturbances may be seen during the course of acute rheumatic fever ARF , one of the most frequently seen disorder being the first degree atrioventricular block. These disturbances, mostly bradycardias, are seen independent of the valvular invol- vement and they are limited to the acute phase. This case reportb is about a 14 year-old-female patient diagnosed as ARF based on migratory polyarthritis and carditis who also developed supraventricular tachycardia SVT on the second day of admission,. The SVT attack was treated with intravenous adenosine successfully a which did not recur during and after anti-inflammatory treatment
