Perinatal Varisella İnfeksiyonu: Vaka Sunumu

Öz

Suçiçeği infeksiyonu çocukluk çağının en sık görülen döküntülü hastalıklarından biridir. Gebelerdeki suçiçeği infeksiyonu geçirilme zamanına göre fetus ve yenidoğanda istenmeyen sonuçlar doğurabilir. Bu nedenle yenidoğanın suçiçeği infeksiyonunun morbidite ve mortalitesinin azaltı- labilmesi için erken tanı ve tedavi oldukça önem taşımak- tadır. Bu yazıda postnatal altıncı gününde cilt döküntüsü ile acil polikliniğe getirilen bir yenidoğanda tespit edilen perinatal varisella infeksiyonu sunulmuştur

Perinatal Varicella Infection: A Case Report

Öz

Varicella infection is one of the most common exanthema- tous diseases in childhood. According to the time of onset of chickenpox in pregnant women, complications in the fetus and newborn might develop. Therefore early diagno- sis and treatment are crucial in order to reduce morbidity, and mortality of varicella infections in the newborn In this article a case of perinatal varicella infection in a 6-day old newborn.who was brought to the emergency department with skin rashes is presented
