Öz

Non-immun hidrops fetalis NIHF etiyolojisinde kromo- zom anomalileri, kardiak yapısal malformasyonlar, aritmi- ler, fetal anemi ve TORCH infeksiyonlarının sık görüldüğü mortalitesi yüksek bir tablodur. Bu makalede iyi prognozlu bir vaka sunulmuş ve kardiyak değerlendirmenin önemi vurgulanmıştır

Non-Immune Hydrops Fetalis With Good Prognosis: Premature Closure of Foramen Ovale

Öz

Non immun hydrops fetalis NIHF is mostly associated with chromosomal disorders, cardiac malformations, arrhythmias, fetal anaemia and TORCH infections. Although the prognosis is depended upon the actual aetio- logy, generally it is poor. The aim of this article is to report a case with good prognosis and emphasize the importance of fetal cardiac evolution in NIFH
