Öz

Boğmaca akut bulaşıcı solunum yolu enfeksiyonudur. Bebeklik döneminde rutin aşılamaya rağmen, aşısı ile önle- nebilir hastalıklar içinde ölümün önde gelen nedenlerinden biridir

Pertussis is an acute and contagious respiratory tract infection. In spite of routine infancy vaccination pertussis is one of the leading causes of death which can be preven- ted by vaccination
