STAT-30-4 Structural Development Index: Construction and Operationalization of a Psychostatic Screening System

The STAT-30-4 Structural Development Index provides a novel framework for assessing the balance, integrity, and developmental load of core psychological structures during childhood and adolescence. Existing developmental psychopathology screening tools predominantly focus on observable behaviors and symptom clusters, offering limited insight into the deeper structural organization of the mind. STAT-30-4 aims to fill this gap by mapping hidden vulnerabilities, compensatory patterns, and structural load distributions across thirty core “columns,” four axes, and three phases. Rather than replacing existing diagnostic systems such as DSM or ICD, STAT-30-4 offers a complementary and structural perspective, thereby making the architectural foundations of risk and resilience visible. The system generates profiles reflecting instability, compensatory load, and structural integrity using a phase–axis–column scoring architecture. These profiles provide a theoretically grounded guide for preventive, educational, and clinical interventions. This study presents the conceptual and operational foundation of the system, leaving large-scale psychometric validation and normative studies for future research. STAT-30-4 supports interventions aimed at detecting latent risks early and strengthening psychological architecture by revealing underlying structural configurations rather than focusing solely on symptoms. This approach encourages a shift from symptom management to structurally based developmental care and can contribute to enhancing both preventive and therapeutic outcomes.

STAT-30-4 Yapısal Gelişim İndeksi: Psikostatik Bir Tarama Sisteminin İnşası ve Operasyonelleştirilmesi

STAT-30-4 Yapısal Gelişim İndeksi, çocukluk ve ergenlik döneminde temel psikolojik yapıların dengesi, bütünlüğü ve gelişimsel yükünü değerlendirmeye yönelik yeni bir çerçeve sunmaktadır. Mevcut gelişimsel psikopatoloji tarama araçları çoğunlukla gözlenebilir davranış ve belirti kümelerine odaklanmakta, zihnin derin yapısal organizasyonuna dair sınırlı bilgi sunmaktadır. STAT-30-4, bu boşluğu, gizil kırılganlıkları, telafi örüntülerini ve yapısal yük dağılımlarını otuz çekirdek “kolon”, dört eksen ve üç faz üzerinden haritalayarak doldurmayı amaçlamaktadır. Mevcut tanı sistemleri olan DSM veya ICD’nin yerine geçmek değil, STAT-30-4, tamamlayıcı ve yapısal bir bakış açısı sunmaktır, böylece risk ve direnç mekanizmalarının mimari temellerini görünür kılar. Sistem, faz–eksen–kolon skorlama mimarisi kullanarak, istikrarsızlık, telafi yükü ve yapısal bütünlüğü gösteren profiller üretir. Bu profiller, önleyici, eğitimsel ve klinik müdahaleler için teorik olarak temellendirilmiş bir rehber sağlar. Bu çalışma, sistemin kavramsal ve operasyonel temelini sunmakta olup, geniş ölçekli psikometrik doğrulama ve norm çalışmaları gelecekteki araştırmalara bırakılmıştır. STAT-30-4, yalnızca semptomlara odaklanmak yerine altta yatan yapısal konfigürasyonları ortaya koyarak, gizli riskleri erken dönemde saptamayı ve psikolojik mimariyi güçlendirmeyi amaçlayan müdahaleleri destekler. Bu yaklaşım, semptom yönetiminden yapısal temelli gelişimsel bakım anlayışına geçişi teşvik eder ve önleyici ile terapötik sonuçların geliştirilmesine katkıda bulunabilir. “Önerilen çerçeve, tanısal bir sistem olmaktan ziyade, önleyici ruh sağlığı çocuk psikiyatrisi ve gelişimsel risk izlemi alanlarında potansiyel uygulamalara sahip bir tarama ve karar destek aracı olarak tasarlanmıştır.”
