Graduated in International Relations from the University of Minho. Master in Sociology from the University of Coimbra. PhD in Sociology from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.
She is an Associate Professor at the University of Minho (institutional affiliation), teaching in the Department of Political Science at the School of Economics and Management.
Throughout his academic career he has taught in the areas of Political Science, International Relations and Political Sociology. As a researcher, she is an integrated researcher at the Center for Research in Political Science (institutional affiliation), placing her work at the intersection between Politics and Sociology, with emphasis on Citizenship and Democracy.
He has written about the political inclusion of immigrants in Portugal, about the structures of political opportunities and forms of political expression of immigrants and citizens of migrant origin.
She is the author and editor of books, book chapters, reports and scientific articles, and is a member of several international and national organizations in the field of Sociology and Political Science.
Between 2019 and 2024 she was a member of the European Parliament for the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats.
More recently, she has directed her academic research to critical feminism and gender citizenship, the decline of liberal democracies and the rise of autocratic populisms, and the political consequences of the abandonment of rural geographies.

Nenad Stekić, Temmuz 2018'den bu yana Uluslararası Politika ve Ekonomi Enstitüsü'nde ve Ocak 2020'den bu yana "Kuşak ve Yol" Araştırmaları Merkezi'nde çalışıyor. Bilimsel araştırmaları Çin Cumhuriyeti'nin güvenlik politikası, Güneydoğu Asya'daki bölgesel güvenlik dinamikleri ve devletlerarası silahlı çatışmaların mevcut güvenlik düzenlemeleri ve siyasi rejimler üzerindeki etkilerinin incelenmesine odaklanmaktadır.

Doktorasını Belgrad Üniversitesi Güvenlik Fakültesi'nde "Tek kutupluluk çağında askeri müdahaleler ve çatışma sonrası devlet inşası: Federal Yugoslavya Cumhuriyeti, Afganistan ve Irak örneği" başlıklı teziyle aldı. Belgrad Üniversitesi Güvenlik Fakültesi'nde yüksek lisans eğitimi sırasında Uluslararası İlişkiler ve Siyasal Sistem derslerinde gösterici olarak görev aldı. 2021'den bu yana, V-Dem Verileri projesinin amaçları doğrultusunda siyasi rejim türlerinin kalite değerlendiricisi olduğu "Demokrasi Çeşitleri" (Göteborg Üniversitesi) için harici danışman olarak görev yapmaktadır.

IMPP tarafından yayınlanan "Tereddüt Eden Hegemon: Çin'in Çağdaş Güvenlik Politikasının Katmanları" monografisinin yazarıdır. Ayrıca Dr. Stekić'in akademik dergilerde ve antolojilerde otuzdan fazla bilimsel makalesi, kitap incelemesi ve toplantısı yayınlanmıştır ve birçok tematik antolojinin eş editörüdür. Yurt içi ve yurt dışında çok sayıda seminer ve çalışma eğitiminin yanı sıra, birçok ulusal ve uluslararası bilimsel konferansta sunum yaptı.

"Kuşak ve Yol" Araştırma Merkezi'nin bir parçası olarak, "Çin Üzerine Diyaloglar" formatında yıllık uluslararası bir bilimsel konferans düzenlemeye çalışmaktadır.

Ocak 2023'ten itibaren "The Review of International Affairs" - RIA dergisinin editör yardımcılığına atandı ve Haziran 2024'ten itibaren bu derginin genel yayın yönetmenliğini yapıyor.

Dr. Goran Ilik is a full professor and Vice-Rector for Science at the University St. Kliment Ohridski in Bitola (North Macedonia). From 2012 to 2016, he served as a Senator in the Senate of the University St. Kliment Ohridski in Bitola, and from 2013 to 2017, he held the position of Vice-Dean for Science and International Cooperation at the Faculty of Law - Kicevo. In 2017, Prof. Dr. sc Goran Ilik was elected Dean of the Faculty of Law - Kicevo for the first time, while on January 15, 2021, he was re-elected as Dean of the Faculty of Law - Kicevo for the second time. The academic background includes BA in Law, MA in Political Science, and PhD in Political Science. The publication list contains papers, chapters, and monographs emphasizing the role of the European Union in international relations, the institutional architecture of its foreign policy, the EU's constitutional law and constitutionalism, the EU's axiological performances, and its political power. Also, many papers treat the EU's role in the new international context concerning the contemporary challenges of the liberal world order and the EU’s role and place in it. He is the author of the books: “Europe at the Crossroads: The Treaty of Lisbon as a Basis of European Union International Identity”, “EUtopia: The International Political Power of the EU in the Process of Ideeologization of the Post-American World”, and “International Relations and the European Union: Values before Power”. Prof. Dr. sc. Goran Ilik is a lecturer/trainer at the State Academy of Judges and Public Prosecutors “Pavel Shatev” – Skopje (North Macedonia). Also, Prof. Dr. sc. Goran Ilik is co-founder of the Institute for Research and European Studies – Bitola and Editor-in-Chief of the international academic journals "Journal of Liberty and International Affairs" (www.e-jlia.com) and "Journal of Legal and Political Education" (www.iies.mk/jlpe). Since October 2019, Prof. Dr. sc. Goran Ilik has been engaged as an expert in the project ANETREC, which is focused on academic cooperation and post-conflict reconciliation in the Western Balkans region. He is a member of ISCOMET – Institute for Ethnic and Regional Studies (Maribor, Slovenia). He also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the “Mediterranea” International Centre for Human Rights Research in Italy (2020-2021). In August 2021, Prof. Dr. sc. Ilik became a coordinator of the sub-thematic area “International Public Law” at the post-doctoral program in "New Technologies and Law", organized by the “Mediterranea” International Centre for Human Rights Research at the University Mediterranea of Reggio Calabria (Italy). Prof. Dr. sc. Goran Ilik has been engaged as an expert by the Institute for Global Analytics in Sofia (Bulgaria), which is an independent, nonpartisan, and nonprofit organization. Furthermore, Prof. Dr. sc. Goran Ilik has been appointed as an expert for the "Cross-Border Complex Floods and Forest Fires: Prevention and Management - SOLVE" project within the framework of the Interreg IPA CBC "Greece and North Macedonia" program 2014-2023. Additionally, he brings extensive experience from his involvement in international projects and those supported by the European Union.

Birçok üst düzey akademik ve idari görev yapan Prof.Dr. Ragıp Kutay Karaca 2025 Ocak ayı itibariyle Beykoz Üniversitesi Rektör Yardımcılığı görevine başlamıştır. Uluslararası ilişkiler Siyasi Tarih disiplininde uzman olan Karaca, Diplomasi Araştırmaları Derneği Havacı Fenerbahçeliler Derneği başkanlıklarını yürütmektedir. Karaca, Orta Doğu Enstitüsü Orta Doğu-Asya Proje Grubu üyesi ve Avrasya Stratejik Araştırmalar ve Düşünce Platformu eğitim danışmanıdır.

Karaca, 2000 yılında Anadolu Üniversitesi Kamu Yönetimi Bölümü’nde ikinci lisans eğitimini, 2003 yılında Gebze Yüksek Teknoloji Enstitüsü Strateji Bilimleri Anabilim Dalı’nda yüksek lisans eğitimini tamamlamıştır. Doktora derecesini Gazi Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nden “Soğuk Savaş Sonrası Dönemde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti-Halk Cumhuriyeti Çin İlişkileri” başlıklı teziyle almıştır.

2010-2012 yılları arasında Milli Savunma Üniversitesi Stratejik Araştırmalar Enstitüsü'nde öğretim üyesi olarak çalışan Karaca, 2012 yılında Uluslararası İlişkiler Siyasi Tarihi alanında doçentlik unvanını almıştır.

2013-2017 yılları arasında İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesi Siyaset Bilimi ve Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümü’nde Doçent olarak görev yapmış, Dekan Yardımcılığı ve Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Müdürlüğü görevlerinde bulunmuştur. 2017-2018 yıllarında Nişantaşı Üniversitesi’nde Uluslararası İlişkiler (İngilizce) Bölüm Başkanlığı ve İktisadi, İdari ve Sosyal Bilimler Fakültesi Dekan Yardımcılığı görevlerini yürütmüştür.

2018 yılında Siyasi Tarih alanında profesörlük unvanını alan Karaca, 2018-2024 yılları arasında İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi’nde Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümü öğretim üyesi ve Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü Müdürü olarak görev yapmıştır. 2 Ocak 2025 tarihi itibarıyla Beykoz Üniversitesi'nde Rektör Yardımcısı ve Sosyal Bilimler Fakültesi, Siyaset Bilimi ve Uluslararası İlişkiler (İngilizce) Bölümü öğretim üyesi olarak göreve başlamıştır.

Karaca, ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde yayımlanmış çok sayıda makalesiyle alanında önemli bir akademik birikime sahiptir ve literatüre değerli katkılar sağlamaktadır. “Dünyadaki Yeni Güç Çin: Tek Kutuptan Çift Kutba” ve “Güç Stratejisi Çin: Soğuk Savaş Sonrası Türk-Çin İlişkileri” başlıklı kitapların yazarıdır. Ayrıca “Diplomasi Tarihi I”, “Diplomasi Tarihi II”, “Diplomatic History I”, “Diplomatic History II”, “Sino-Turkey Relations: Concept, Policies, and Prospects”, “New Concepts and New Conflicts in Global Security Issues” ve “Asya’da Güvenlik Sorunları ve Yansımaları” başlıklı kitapların editörlüğünü yapmıştır. Karaca, Orta Doğu ve Asya ağırlıklı olmak üzere uluslararası ilişkiler alanında çok sayıda kitap bölümü yazmıştır.

2011-2012 akademik yılından günümüze kadar lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora düzeyinde Diplomasi Tarihi, Türkiye’nin Siyasi Yapısı: Dönüşüm ve Krizler, Türk Siyasi Hayatı ve Siyasal Kurumlar, Uluslararası Enerji Politikaları ve Güvenliği, Güvenlik Stratejileri, Dış Politika Analizi: Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti, Asya-Pasifik’te Güvenlik Algılamaları, Çin Güç Stratejisi ve Bölgesel Politikaları gibi dersler vermektedir.

Alanıyla ilgili birçok televizyon programına katılmış olan Prof. Dr. Ragıp Kutay Karaca, uluslararası ilişkiler, diplomasi ve stratejik konular üzerine görüşlerini paylaşarak kamuoyunu bilgilendirmeye devam etmektedir. Programlarda özellikle Türk dış politikası, Orta Doğu’daki gelişmeler, küresel güç dengeleri ve bölgesel iş birliği gibi konuları ele alan Karaca, akademik bilgi birikimini anlaşılır bir şekilde aktararak izleyicilere geniş bir perspektif sunmaktadır. Halihazırda televizyon programlarına katılımını sürdüren Karaca, güncel meselelerdeki analizleriyle dikkat çekmekte ve stratejik düşüncenin toplumda yaygınlaşmasına katkıda bulunmaktadır.

Bunların yanında, Prof. Dr. Ragıp Kutay Karaca, uluslararası politika, diplomasi ve stratejik ilişkiler alanlarında derinlemesine analizler yapan bir köşe yazarıdır. 2022’den bu yana Dünya Gazetesi’nde yazmakta olan Karaca, küresel sistemin temel dinamiklerini ve uluslararası aktörlerin stratejik hamlelerini tarihsel ve analitik bir çerçevede ele alarak disiplinlerarası bir yaklaşım sergilemektedir.

Tanja Miloshevska is a Full Professor at the Institute for Security, Defense and Peace, Faculty of Philosophy, Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. She teaches at first second and third cycle studies in the fields of security, defense and peace, private and corporate security studies, international and intercultural studies and second cycle at international relations: conflict resolution, diplomacy and global governance.
She is Head of Institute for Security, Defense and Peace at the Faculty of Philosophy since 2021.
Miloshevska is a JFDP Allumni of the American Council for International Education - US State Department Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Program. Her stay was at George Washington University and Elliott School of International Affairs. She received the Diploma of Successful Completion of the Junior Faculty Development Program-Peace and Conflict Resolution Studies.
Member of the organizing and editorial board of international scientific conferences in Ohrid and Dojran, Macedonia (2015-2024), member of international professional meetings (France, Germany), editor and deputy editor of the international scientific journal "Security Dialogues" (2016- 2021). Miloshevska has participated in numerous scientific conferences in Macedonia and abroad and has received numerous certificates for participation in summer schools and with presentations of papers at international scientific conferences in Romania, Germany, Turkey, Croatia, USA, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Denmark and Italy.
Prof. Dr. Miloshevska is the author of more than seventy expert and scientific papers in domestic and foreign publications, three monographs and co-author of six books.

Prof. dr. Zlatan Bajramović is born in 1977 in Split (Republic of Croatia). He graduated on the Faculty of Political Sciences in Sarajevo (Department of Defense and Security) in 2001. In 2003. he completed the second cycle of studies at the University of Hamburg, FR Germany, and in 2009. completed his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Sarajevo. Doctoral dissertation on “Human Resources Management in Security Sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina” at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Sarajevo was successfully defended in 2014.

He is employee at the Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Security and Peace Studies since 2005. Position of associate professor has been accomplished in May 2019, and is engaged in the following subjects: Management in Security Systems, Planning in the security sector, Civil protection, Leadership in the field of security and defense, and Protection and Rescue. Since 2024./2025. is also engaged at the Faculty of Criminal Justice, Criminology and Security Studies on subject Crisis Management

Postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Political Science at USP. PhD in Political Science from UFSCAR, with a sandwich period at the University of Bristol (UK), Master in Social Sciences from UNIFESP and graduated in Sociology and Politics from FESPSP. Currently working as a professor of political theory at the Department of International Relations at USJT and member of the research team at the Laboratory of Politics and Government (FCLAR - UNESP), at the research group Thought and Politics in Brazil (DCP - USP) and at the European Consortium for Political Research (ECPR). It has been dedicated to researching topics related to political theory such as political thought and populism, focusing on theoretical and conceptual formulations of authors such as Francisco Weffort, Ernesto Laclau, Cas Mudde and Pierre Rosanvallon.
