SPONTAN HEMOPNÖMOTORAKS: HAYATI TEHDİT EDEN NADİR BİR KLİNİK ANTİTE

Öz

Spontan hemopnömotoraks, travma veya başka bir neden olmaksızın
plevral kavitede hava ve kanın eşzamanlı birikmesi ile karakterize
nadir görülen bir hastalıktır. Spontan pnömotorakslı olguların % 0.5-
12’sinde spontan hemopnömotoraks gözlenebilir. Tanı travma öyküsü
olmaksızın ani başlayan göğüs ağrısı ve dispnesi olan hastaya çekilen
posteroanterior akciğer grafisinde pnömotoraks hattı ve hava sıvı
seviyesi görülmesi ile konur. Kanama çoğunlukla parietal ve visseral
plevra arasındaki yapışıklığın yırtılması sonucu ya da vasküler büllerin
rüptürü sonucu oluşmaktadır. Erken tanı ve uygun cerrahi yaklaşım ile
ölümcül komplikasyonların önüne geçilebilir. Bu sunumda spontan
hemopnömotorakslı iki olgunun sunumu amaçlanmıştır

Öz

Spontaneous haemopneumothorax is a rare clinical condition with a
simultaneous accumulation of air and blood in the pleural cavity with
no trauma or other causes. It is occurred in 0.5%-12% of spontaneous
pneumothorax. Diagnosis is performed by chest x-ray. Spontaneous
haemopneumothorax caused by pleural adhesion between the parietal
and visceral pleura or rupture of the vascularized bullae. Early diagnosis
and appropriate surgical treatment can prevent fatal complications.
In this report we aimed to present two cases of spontaneous
haemopneumothorax.
