Abstract: Initial evaluation of patients with acute gastrointestinal (GI) tract bleeding includes assessment of hemodynamic stability and resuscitation if necessary
Case Report: A 48-year-old male patient was admitted to the emergency department with complaints of dizziness, intense weakness, vomiting in the form of coffee grounds and black diarrhea
Conclusion: Aggressive non-hodgkin lymphoma may be among the etiologies of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. In cases where endoscopic and surgical methods are inadequate, chemotherapy may be a life-saving option considering the possible risks.
