Öz
Bu çalışmada, yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının konutlarda verimli kullanımı için hibrit anahtar yapısına sahip bir da/aa dönüştürücü ve kontrol yöntemi incelenmiştir. Konut uygulamalarında, elektrik güç talebinin büyük oranda 500 W ve altında kalması nedeniyle bu tip sistemlerde kullanılacak da/aa dönüştürücünün düşük güçlerde yüksek verimliliğe sahip olması kritik bir önem taşımaktadır. Da/aa devlerinde yaygın olarak kullanılan IGBT anahtarı yerine paralel IGBT-MOSFET kombinasyonu ile beraber yük akımı geri besleme yöntemi kullanılarak düşük güç seviyelerinde ve farklı güç faktörlerinde verimlilik artırılmıştır. Analizlerde maksimum güç talebinin yanı sıra günlük yük değişkenliği de dikkate alınmıştır. Örneğin, 100 W gibi düşük bir güç seviyesinde hibrit anahtar kullanımı, yalnızca IGBT kullanımına kıyasla güç faktörü 1,00 ve 0,85 için sırasıyla %6,3 ve %8,0 oranında verim artışı sağlamıştır. Bu durum, hibrit anahtar yapısının yalnızca yüksek değil, aynı zamanda düşük güç faktörü koşullarında da avantaj sağladığını ortaya koymaktadır.

In this study, a hybrid switch-based dc/ac converter and its control method are investigated for the efficient utilization of renewable energy sources in residential applications. Since the power demand in residential systems often remains below 500 W, achieving high efficiency at low power levels is critically important for dc/ac converters used in such systems. Instead of a conventional IGBT switch, a parallel IGBT-MOSFET combination along with a load current feedback method is employed to improve efficiency under low power levels and varying power factor conditions. In the analysis, not only the maximum power demand but also the daily load variability is taken into account. For example, at a low power level of 100 W, the hybrid switch configuration achieves an efficiency improvement of 6,3% and 8,0% compared to IGBT-only usage for power factors of 1,00 and 0,85, respectively. This indicates that the hybrid switch structure provides advantages both under high power factor conditions and under low power factor conditions.
