Skin Diseases In Pregnancy

Öz

Cilt hastalıklarının çoğu gebe ve gebe olmayan kadınlarda eşit sıklıkta izlenir. Fakat gebeliğin neden olduğu hormonal değişiklikler deride belirgin etkiler yapabilir. Bu nedenle gebeliğe özgü ve semptomatik olan dermatozlar da vardır.Gebelikte görülen cilt hastalıkları üç kategoride izlenir:Hormonal cilt değişiklikleriDaha önceden var olan deri hastalıklarıGebeliğe spesifik hastalıklar Gebelik dermatozları .Gebelikteki hormonal değişiklikler stria gravidarum, hiperpigmentasyon, saç ve tırnak değişiklikleri ve vasküler değişiklikler gibi benign durumları içerir. Daha önceden var olan cilt hastalıkları da gebelikte bazı değişikler gösterir. Çoğu cilt hastalıkları gebeliğin sonlanması ile gerilerken bazı durumlar tedavi gerektirir.
