The Evaluation of the Relation Between Maternal Hemoglobin, Hematocrit and Systemic Arterial Pressure and Newborn Weight

Öz

Aim: In the present study, we aimed to investigate the effect of maternal arterial pressure and maternal hematologic parameters on newborn weight.Material and Methods: The data belonged to the patients who delivered the babies in Gaziosmanpasa University Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics delivery room were evaluated retrospectively in the present study. Age, delivery history, week of delivery, weight of newborn, hemoglobin-hematocrit values of the mother, systolic-diastolic arterial pressure and mean arterial pressure of the patients were obtained from the records. The percentiles of the newborns were grouped as 0.05 .Conclusion: We suggested that screening the maternal hemoglobin, hematocrit and arterial pressure values with the evaluation of maternal medical, obstetric history and additional risk factors may be more efficient in detecting the low birth weight newborns.

Maternal Hemoglobin, Hematokrit ve Sistemik Arteriyel Basınç ile Yenidoğan Kilosu Arasındaki İlişkinin Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmadaki amacımız, maternal arteriel basınç ve maternal hematolojik durumun yenidoğanın kilosu üzerine olan etkisini araştırmaktır.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışmada, Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilim Dalı doğum salonuna Kasım 2013 ve Mayıs 2015 tarihleri arasında doğum eylemi başlamış olmasından dolayı yatan hastaların dosyalarının retrospektif olarak taranması ile elde edilen veriler kullanıldı. Dosyalardan hastaların yaşları, gebelik öyküleri, doğum haftası, yenidoğanın kilosu, annenin hemoglobin-hemotokrit değerleri, sistolik-diastolik arteriyel tansiyon ve ortalama arter basıncı değerleri elde edildi. Yenidoğanın kilo persantilleri 0.05 .Sonuç: Maternal hemoglobin, hemotokrit ve arteriyel basınç değerleri ile maternal medikal, obstetrik öykülerin ve diğer risk faktörlerinin birlikte değerlendirilmesi ile yapılan taramanın, düşük doğum ağırlıklı bebeklerin belirlenmesinde daha etkin olabileceğini düşünmekteyiz.
