Sporda Yetenek Gelişimi ve Ötesi

Öz

Geçtiğimiz yıllarda, yetenek geliştirme konusu, spora ve diğer performans alanlarına bilimsel ilgi giderek artış göstermektedir. Bu derleme, yetenek gelişiminin önde gelen faktörlerini ele alıyor, bu alanda önerilen modelleri inceliyor, bahsi geçen faktörleri ve modelleri tartışıyor. Genler, çevre, uygulama ve psikolojik faktörlerin hepsi yeteneklerde önemli bir rol oynar ve son araştırma bulgularına göre tartışılıyor. Ayrıca, yetenek için farklı model türlerine genel bir bakış verilmiştir: çok boyutlu, aşama modelleri, epigenetik ve emerjenik model tanımlanmış ve her bir kategorinin önde gelen modellerinden bahsedilmiştir. Son olarak, bulgular tartışılmış ve inceleme bulgularına dayanarak gelecekteki araştırmalar için önerilerde bulunulmuştur
