Pleurotus Sajor-Caju (Fr) Singer’in Yetiştiriciliği ve Verimi Üzerine Araştırmalar

Abstract

Pleurotus sajor caju (Fr) Singer‟in kültürü için ham materyal olarak, buğday sapı (B) ve
buğday-mısır (B–M) saplarının 1:1 oranı kullanılmıştır. Katkı maddesi olarak da mercimek samanı
(MS) ve pirinç kepeği (PK)‟nin farklı oranları kullanılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada, misel gelişim süresi
(MGS) 12.8-38.0 gün olarak tespit edilmiştir. En kısa süre 12.8 gün olarak B‟de, en uzun süre ise 38.0
gün olarak B-M+ 1MS:2PK‟de elde edilmiştir. Basidiokarp oluşum süresi (BOS), birinci hasat ve
toplam hasat sürelerinde en kısa süreler, sırasıyla; 16.4 gün, 26.6 gün ve 86.0 gün olarak buğday
sapında saptanmıştır. En uzun basidiokarp oluşum, birinci hasat ve toplam hasat süreleri sırasıyla; 51.2
gün, 55.0 gün olarak B–M+ 1MS:2PK‟den, 105.8 gün ile B–M+ 2MS:1PK‟den elde edilmiştir. 100 g
materyalden (% 70 nem) elde edilen taze mantar miktarı birinci, ikinci ve toplam hasatta sırasıyla; en
yüksek 10.6, 7.3, 25.1 g olarak B–M+ 1MS:2PK‟de tespit edilmiştir. Birinci hasta en düşük verim ise
7.1 g ile B+ 2MS:1PK‟den elde edilirken toplam hasatta en düşük verim 15.7 g olarak B‟den elde
edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; P. sajor-caju kültürü için üreticilere diğer deneme gruplarına göre en kısa
sürede ve en yüksek miktarda ürün veren B-M+ 1MS:2PK ortamı önerilebilir.

Research on the Production and Yield of Pleurotus Sajor-Caju (Fr) Singer

Abstract

Wheat straw (B) and 1:1 rate of the raw wheat straw (B) and wheat-maize (B-M) were

used as raw materials for cultivation of Pleurotus sajor caju (Fr) Singer. Different ratios of lentil straw

(MS) and rice bran (PK) were used as additives. In this study, micelle development time (MGS) was

determined as 12.8-38.0 days. B-M + 1MS: 2PK was obtained as the shortest period of 12.8 days in B,

and the longest period was 38.0 days. Basidiocarp formation time (BOS), first harvest and total harvest

time, the shortest periods, respectively; 16.4 days, 26.6 days and 86.0 days were determined in wheat

stalks. The longest basidocarp formation, the first harvest and the total harvest time were respectively;

51.2 days, 55.0 days from B 1 M + 1MS: 2PK, 105.8 days from B 2 M + 2MS: 1PK. The amount of

fresh mushrooms obtained from 100 g of material (70% moisture) was determined as follows;

maximum 10.6, 7.3, 25.1 g in B MS M + 1MS: 2PK. The first patient was obtained from B + 2MS:

1PK with the lowest yield of 7.1 g, while the lowest yield was obtained from B in 15.7 g. As a result;

B-M + 1MS: 2PK medium can be recommended for the sajor-caju culture in the shortest period of

time and in the highest amount according to the other groups.
