Journal of Laboratory Animal Science and Practices aims to publish the highest scientific level studies in the field of laboratory animal science and practice. The journal publishes clinical and basic research articles, review articles, letters to the editor and case reports.

The scope of the journal includes but is not limited to, topics relevant to laboratory animals in the fields of medical medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, aquaculture, agriculture, pharmacy, and similar fields where laboratory animals are utilized. It also encompasses all other related disciplines associated with laboratory animals.
