Dijital Sanatta Dans: Türk Halk Dansları Üzerine Kavramsal Bir Değerlendirme

Öz

Bilgisayar teknolojilerinde yaşanan gelişmeler kabul edilen geleneksel sanat anlayışını değiştirerek dijital sanat adı verilen yeni bir sanat formunun ortaya çıkmasına yol açmıştır. Dijital teknolojiler kullanılarak ortaya konulan eserler, yine dijital ortamlarda sanatseverleri ile buluşturulmaya başlanmıştır. Kendine özgü kurallarını, ifade biçimlerini ve özelliklerini zamanla benimsemiş ve şekillendirmiştir. Geleneksel sanat alanlarını etkilemeyi başaran dijital sanat formu yine kendine özgü olarak net sanatı, sanal gerçeklik gibi yeni türlerin ortaya çıkmasına ve bu alanlarda sanatsal çalışmalar yapılmasına olanak sağlamıştır.
Dijital sanat toplumların kültürel ve geleneksel yapısında bulunan ve sanatsal değer biçilen dans sanatında da etkinliğini 1970’li yıllardan itibaren göstermeye başlamıştır. Gerek sahne üzerindeki kullanılan dijital ekipmanlar, gerekse dijital olarak yapılan sahne gösterimleri bu alandaki dijital etkileşimleri gösteren unsurlar olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmadaki amacımız Dans sanatının dijital ortamdaki pratiğini anlamaktır. Hangi dinamiklerden faydalandığını görmek ve kültürel devamlılığı ne düzeyde etkileyebileceğini irdelemektir. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan durum araştırması yaklaşımı benimsenmektedir. Bu yöntemle, belirli bir durumun, olgu ya da olayın ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelemesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın odak noktası görsel-işitsel kaynaklar, belgeler ve raporlar gibi dokümanlarla elde edilecek verilerdir.

Dance in Digital Art: A Conceptual Evaluation on Turkish Folk Dances

Öz

The developments in computer technologies have led to the emergence of a new form of art called digital art, changing the accepted understanding of traditional art. Works created using digital technologies have begun to be presented to art enthusiasts in digital environments. Over time, digital art has adopted and shaped its own rules, forms of expression, and characteristics. The digital art form, which has successfully influenced traditional art fields, has paved the way for the emergence of new genres such as net art and virtual reality, allowing artistic works to be created in these areas.
Digital art, which has been effective in influencing the cultural and traditional structure of societies, has also started to manifest its impact on the art of dance since the 1970s. Both the use of digital equipment on stage and digitally produced stage performances are elements that demonstrate digital interactions in this field. The purpose of this study is to understand the practice of dance art in the digital environment, to see which dynamics it benefits from, and to examine the extent to which it can affect cultural continuity. In the research, the case study approach, one of the qualitative research methods, is adopted. This method aims to examine a specific situation, phenomenon, or event in detail. The focal point of the research is the data to be obtained through visual-auditory sources, documents, and reports.
