Öz

A well-organized study divided into 15 articles, Ethno-Cultural Diversity in the Balkans and the Caucasus is the latest release by the Austrian Academy of Sciences and Press. Analyzing the similarities and dissimilarities of two regions which have been widely compared to one another, the book is not only concerned with the autochthonous peoples of the Caucasus and the Balkans but also peoples who have either settled, or migrated, or exiled to these two regions. As per the context of this journal, this review is going to centralize the aspects that focus on Caucasus and establish comparisons between the Balkans and the Caucasus.
