This research examines the impact of the digitalization process on leadership and innovative work behaviors in the business world. Digital leadership plays a critical role in this process, encouraging organizational learning and supporting innovative work behaviors. The aim of the research is to reveal the impact of digital leadership on innovative work behaviors through the mediating role of organizational learning. In this context, an online survey was conducted with 395 people working remotely in our country and the data obtained was analyzed with a statistical program. The results show that digital leadership positively and significantly affects innovative work behaviors and organizational learning. It was also determined that organizational learning plays a full mediating role in the relationship between digital leadership and innovative work behavior.
Bu araştırma dijitalleşme sürecinin iş dünyasında, liderlik ve yenilikçi iş davranışları üzerindeki etkisini incelemektedir. Dijital liderlik bu süreçte kritik bir rol oynayarak örgütsel öğrenmeyi teşvik etmekte ve yenilikçi iş davranışlarını desteklemektedir. Araştırmanın amacı, dijital liderliğin yenilikçi iş davranışları üzerindeki etkisini örgütsel öğrenmenin aracı rolüyle ortaya koymaktır. Bu kapsamda ülkemizde uzaktan çalışan 395 kişiyle çevrimiçi bir anket yapılmış ve elde edilen veriler istatistik programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlar dijital liderliğin yenilikçi iş davranışlarını ve örgütsel öğrenmeyi pozitif ve anlamlı yönde etkilediğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca dijital liderlik ve yenilikçi iş davranışı arasındaki ilişkide örgütsel öğrenmenin tam aracılık rolü oynadığı belirlenmiştir.
