Bu araştırmanın amacı, kadın futbolcularda ayak bileği eklem hareket açıklıklarının statik ve dinamik denge ile ilişkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Araştırmaya yaş ortalamaları 19,62±1,85 yıl olan 37 kadın futbolcu gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Gönüllülerin eklem hareket genişliklerinin tespitinde dorsifleksiyon (DF°), plantar fleksiyon (PF°), inversiyon (İNV°) ve eversiyon (EVR°) eklem hareketleri gonyometre kullanılarak ölçülmüştür. Statik ve dinamik denge düzeylerinin belirlenmesinde CSMI TecnoBody PK-252 izokinetik denge sistemi ölçüm cihazı kullanılmıştır. Parametreler arasındaki ilişki SPSS 25.0 paket program aracılığıyla pearson ve spearman korelasyon testleri kullanılarak p<0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre her iki ayağın DF° değerleri ile dinamik denge parametrelerinden olan ortalama denge hatası izleme (ATE) arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu görülmüştür (p<0.05). Sonuç olarak, bu araştırmada kadın futbolcularda bazı ayak bileği eklem açıklığı parametreleri ile dinamik denge düzeyleri arasında ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Bu sonuçların sporcu yetenek tespitlerindeki kriterlerde, antrenman süreçlerinde kullanılabileceği ve alana katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

The Relationship between Ankle Range of Motion and Static and Dynamic Balance in Female Footballers
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between ankle range of motion and static and dynamic balance in female football players. 37 female football players with a mean age of 19.62±1.85 years participated in the study voluntarily. Dorsiflexion (DF°), plantar flexion (PF°), inversion (INV°) and eversion (EVR°) angles were measured using a goniometer to determine the joint range of motion of the volunteers. CSMI TecnoBody PK-252 isokinetic balance system measuring device was used to determine the static and dynamic balance levels. The relationship between the parameters was analyzed at p<0.05 significance level by using pearson and spearman correlation tests via SPSS 25.0 package program. According to the results of the research, it was observed that there was a significant negative correlation between the DF° values of both feet and the mean balance error monitoring (ATE), which is one of the dynamic balance parameters (p<0.05). As a result, in this study, it was observed that there was a relationship between some ankle range of motion parameters and dynamic balance levels in female football players. It is thought that these results can be used in the criteria of athlete talent determination and training processes, and will contribute to the field.
