The study titled "The History of Safranbolu Saffron Through Ottoman Archival Documents and Travelogues" discusses the history of saffron agriculture in Safranbolu in detail through Ottoman archival documents and travelogues. The study begins with archival records of saffron farming activities dating back to the 16th century and presents financial records of the villages in this region related to saffron production.
