Tabiat Parklarının Cradis Yöntemi ile Ekoturizm Performansının Ölçülmesi: Giresun İli Üzerine Değerlendirme

Öz

Turistik talebin artması ve ekonomik olarak ülkeye katkısı nedeniyle, ekoturizmin turizm sektörü içinde değeri artmıştır. Araştırma, ekoturizmin içerisinde değerlendirilen tabiat parklarının performanslarını ölçmeyi ve sırlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Tabiat parklarının ekoturizm performanslarının değerlendirilmesi ile birlikte turistlerin beklentilerine yönelik olarak sorunların çözüme kavuşması ve turistik talebin artacağı düşünülmektedir. Araştırma evrenini Giresun ilinde bulunan 11 adet tabiat parkı oluşturmaktadır. Ekoturizm performans kriterleri olarak, “Ulaşım Kolaylığı, Güvenlik, Aktivite Alanları, Altyapı, Doğal Çekicilik, Flora ve Fauna, Tanıtım ve Konaklama İmkânı” kriterleri ile değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Araştırma yöntemi olarak çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden “Cradis Yöntemi” kullanılmıştır. Turizm uzmanlarına yönelik olarak yapılan anketler sonucunda ekoturizm potansiyeli en yüksek olan tabiat parkı “Koç Kayası Tabiat Parkı” olarak belirlenmiştir. “Hızırilyas Tepesi Tabiat Parkı” tüm ölçütler açısından en zayıf performansı sergileyen tabiat parkı olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında tüm kriterlerin önem derecesine göre sıralanması ile analizler yardımıyla tabiat parklarının performansları elde edilmiştir.

Measuring the Ecotourism Performance of Nature Parks Using the CRADIS Method: An Evaluation on Giresun Province

Öz

Due to increasing tourist demand and its economic contribution to the country, ecotourism has gained value within the tourism sector. This research aims to measure and rank the performance of nature parks evaluated within the scope of ecotourism. It is believed that evaluating the ecotourism performance of nature parks will lead to the resolution of problems related to tourist expectations and an increase in tourist demand. The research universe consists of 11 nature parks located in Giresun province. Ecotourism performance criteria used for evaluation include "Ease of Access, Security, Activity Areas, Infrastructure, Natural Attractiveness, Flora and Fauna, Promotion, and Accommodation Facilities." The "Cradis Method," a multi-criteria decision-making method, was used as the research method. Based on surveys conducted among tourism experts, "Koç Kayası Nature Park" was determined to have the highest ecotourism potential. "Hızırilyas Tepesi Nature Park" was identified as exhibiting the weakest performance across all criteria. The performance of the nature parks was obtained through analysis by ranking all criteria according to their importance.
