Turist Rehberliğinde Yabancı Dil Konulu Uluslararası Araştırmaların Bibliyometrik Analizi

Öz

Bu çalışma, 2000-2023 yılları arasında turist rehberliği alanında yabancı dil öğrenme konusu üzerine yapılan uluslararası araştırmaların bibliyometrik profilinin belirlenerek turist rehberliği alanında yapılacak çalışmalara birikimsel katkı oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada nitel bir yöntem uygulamıştır. Online veri tabanlarında yer alan çalışmalar, sistematik bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Çalışmada ‘R’ programı kullanılmış ve 2000-2023 yılları arasında Web of Science ve Scopus indekslerinde taranan toplamda 48 adet araştırmaya ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmada turist rehberi ve yabancı dil öğrenme konusunda yayımlanmış 2000-2023 yılları arasındaki çalışmaların sayıları, yıllara göre dağılımı, türü, belirli konuyla ilgili en fazla atıf alan yazarlar, ortak atıf analizi, en fazla atıf alan çalışmalar, en fazla atıf alan ülkeler, en fazla çalışma yapılan ülkeler ve yıllara göre dağılımı, en fazla atıf yapılan ülkeler, en fazla çalışma yapılan dergiler, çalışmaların başlık, özet ve anahtar kelimelerinde en sık kullanılan kelimeler, çalışmalarda kullanılan kelimelerin tematik analizi, çalışmaların yazarlarının ilişkilendirdikleri kelimeler ve bu çalışmalarda birlikte kullanılan kelimeler belirlenmiştir.

Bibliometric Analysis of International Studies on Foreign Languages in Tourist Guiding

Öz

This study aims to contribute cumulatively to future research in the field of tourist guiding by determining the bibliometric profile of international research conducted between 2000 and 2023 on foreign language learning in the field of tourist guiding. A qualitative method was employed in the study. Studies in online databases were examined using systematic bibliometric analysis. The study used the R program, and a total of 48 studies scanned in the Web of Science and Scopus indexes between 2000 and 2023 were retrieved. In the study, the number of studies published between 2000 and 2023 on tourist guides and foreign language learning, their distribution by year, their type, the most cited authors on a particular subject, co-citation analysis, the most cited studies, the most cited countries, the countries where the most studies were conducted and their distribution by year, the most cited countries, the journals where the most studies were conducted, the most frequently used words in the titles, abstracts and keywords of the studies, thematic analysis of the words used in the studies, the words associated by the authors of the studies and the words used together in these studies were determined.
