Gazeteciliğin Dönüşümü: Yöndeşen Ortam ve Yöndeşen Gazetecilik

Öz

Bu makalenin konusunu sayısal iletişim teknolojilerinin ve yöndeşmenin gazetecilik alanında yol açtığı dönüşümler oluşturmaktadır. Bu nedenle öncelikle yöndeşmenin sektörel etkileri ele alınmış ve ardından gazetecilik pratikleri ve istihdam yapıları bakımından sonuçları irdelenerek, yeni medya profesyonellerinin profili çizilmeye çalışılmıştır. Makalede ayrıca sektördeki yöndeşme politikalarının gazetecilerin çalışma koşulları ve sosyal hakları açısından etkilerine de değinilmiştir.
