Journal of Soft Computing and Artificial Intelligence

Journal of Soft Computing and Artificial Intelligence (JSCAI) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes high-quality scholarly research in the fields of soft computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent systems, and related interdisciplinary areas. The journal welcomes original manuscripts written in English and aims to foster the integration of theoretical advances, methodological developments, and practical applications.

JSCAI is published biannually, in June and December, through DergiPark. The journal adheres to internationally recognized ethical publishing principles, including the guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Each submission undergoes initial editorial screening, plagiarism/similarity checking, and double-blind peer review to ensure academic quality, originality, and research integrity.

All accepted articles are assigned a DOI through Crossref and published in PDF and XML formats to support long-term accessibility, citation tracking, and metadata transparency. JSCAI does not charge any submission, peer review, article processing, publication, page, DOI, or online access fees. All published content is freely and permanently available under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY NC 4.0), unless otherwise stated.

Authors retain the copyright of their published articles. JSCAI does not require authors to transfer full copyright ownership to the journal or publisher. By submitting and publishing their work in JSCAI, authors grant the journal the non-exclusive right of first publication and the right to publish, distribute, archive, preserve, index, and make the article permanently available in all formats.

Authors submitting manuscripts are required to upload the following documents during submission:

• The manuscript file prepared according to the official JSCAI template
• A similarity report with a maximum overall similarity rate of 20%
• Ethics committee approval, informed consent, or research permission documents, where applicable
• Supplementary files, datasets, code, or additional documents, where applicable
