Journal of Soft Computing and Artificial Intelligence (JSCAI) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access scholarly journal that publishes original research and review articles in the fields of soft computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent systems, and related data-driven computational applications.
The journal aims to contribute to the advancement of theoretical, methodological, and applied research in artificial intelligence and soft computing. JSCAI welcomes high-quality manuscripts that present original scientific contributions, rigorous experimental analyses, comparative studies, computational models, intelligent algorithms, and interdisciplinary applications.
JSCAI applies a double-blind peer review process. All submitted manuscripts are first evaluated by the editorial office in terms of journal scope, manuscript format, publication ethics, plagiarism/similarity, and scientific suitability. Manuscripts that pass the initial editorial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. The final editorial decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewer reports, editorial assessment, and compliance with the journal’s publication policies.
The journal provides immediate open access to all published content. All articles are freely available to readers without subscription, registration, or access fees. Authors retain the copyright of their published work. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).
JSCAI does not charge authors any submission fee, article processing charge, publication fee, page fee, or color figure fee. The journal follows a no-fee publishing model.
The journal is published twice a year, in June and December. Accepted articles are assigned a DOI through Crossref. Published articles are made available online through the DergiPark platform in digital format.
The publication language of the journal is English. JSCAI accepts original research articles and review articles. All manuscripts must comply with the journal’s author guidelines, publication ethics, peer review policy, open access policy, copyright and licensing policy, and data availability policy.
