The Journal of Soft Computing and Artificial Intelligence (JSCAI) publishes all articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license since its inception.

This license allows others to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of the articles, and to use them for any lawful non-commercial purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the authors—provided that the original work is properly cited. Users may also adapt, transform, or build upon the material for non-commercial purposes, again with appropriate attribution.

All content in JSCAI is freely accessible to readers worldwide immediately upon publication, with no embargo period. This policy aligns with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), of which JSCAI is a signatory.

For long-term preservation, the LOCKSS system is authorized to collect, preserve, and serve JSCAI’s open access content as part of its Archival Unit.
