No fee is charged from the author or institution under any name.

The Journal of Soft Computing and Artificial Intelligence (JSCAI) does not charge any fees to authors, readers, reviewers, or institutions.

There are no submission fees, editorial processing fees, peer review fees, article processing charges (APCs), publication fees, page charges, color figure charges, DOI assignment fees, or online access fees.

All accepted articles are published free of charge and are made freely and permanently available online under the journal’s open access policy.

JSCAI does not pay any fees to authors, reviewers, or editors for manuscript submission, peer review, editorial evaluation, or publication.

If any change is made to this policy in the future, it will be clearly announced on the journal website before implementation. No fee will be applied retroactively to manuscripts that have already been submitted.
