ÖRGÜTSEL MAHKUMLAŞMANIN ÖRGÜTSEL MUHALEFET ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ: SAĞLIK ÇALIŞANLARI ÜZERİNE BİR ALAN ÇALIŞMASI

Öz

Örgütsel mahkumlaşma kavramı pozitif bireysel ve örgütsel çıktılar adına çok önemli bir girdi sağlamakla birlikte, özellikle pro-sosyal davranışların önemli olduğu sağlık sektörü açısından daha fazla önem arz etmektedir. Bu kapsamda mevcut çalışmanın amacı sağlık çalışanları üzerinde örgütsel mahkumlaşmanın örgütsel muhalefet üzerindeki etkisini tespit etmektir. Çalışmada anket tekniği kullanılmış olup veriler Konya İli’nde faaliyet gösteren sağlık kurumlarında çalışan 375 personelden basit tesadüfi örnekleme yoluyla yüz-yüze görüşme yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları kurulan hipotezleri destekler nitelikte bulunmuş ve örgütsel mahkumlaşmanın örgütsel muhalefet üzerinde pozitif etkisini ortaya koymuştur. İlave olarak, örgütsel mahkumlaşmanın muhalefet alt boyutları olan açık muhalefet üzerinde negatif bir etkiye ve gizli muhalefet üzerinde ise pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğu gözlenmiştir. Bu çalışma örgütsel mahkumlaşma üzerine teorik altyapı sunması ve örgütsel muhalefet ile ilişkisine yönelik uygulamalı analizlerle literatüre katkı sağlaması adına hem örgütsel davranış hem de sağlık yönetimi alanına önemli kazanımlar sağladığı değerlendirilmektedir.
