Gemi İşletmeciliğinde Acil Durum Yönetimi Etkinliğini Değerlendirme ve İyileştirme Üzerine Uygulamalı Bir Araştırma Yaklaşımı Önerisi

Öz

Gemilerde acil durum yönetimi konusunda iyileştirme çalışmaları, eğitim, kural güncellemeleri ve teknoloji iyileştirmeleri çerçevesinde sürmektedir. Denizlerde yaşanan tehlikeli oluşumlar ve gemi kaza vakaları, bu konuda henüz istenilen düzeye gelinemediğini göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada, farklı sahalarda acil durumlara hazırlık konusunda geliştirilen yaklaşımlar gözden geçirilerek gemi işletmeciliğinde acil durum yönetiminin etkinliğinin değerlendirilmesi ve iyileştirilmesi üzerine yürütülecek 2 farklı araştırma planı önerilecektir. Bu çalışma ile gemi işletmeciliği organizasyonlarının filolarında bulunan farklı gemilerin acil durum planları kapsamında hazırlık düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi konusunda katkılar sağlanması öngörülmektedir.

A Model Proposal on Analysing and Enhancement of Ship Emergency Preparedness Level

Öz

Efforts about enhancement of emergency management for commercial vessels include training, updating of rules and technological improvements. Experienced ship accidents and emergency situations demonstrated that emergency management has not reached yet the intended level. In this study, a detailed literature review regarding emergency preparedness will be conducted. According to information that will be gained from expert opinions and literature review, 2 different research plans will be offered about evaluation and improvement of emergency management effectiveness for ship management. In this study, it is aimed to contribute to evaluation of emergency preparedness level of each ship in the fleet of ship management companies
