Lesbos Island and other Aegean Islands were definitely under Turkish rule in nearly a century, during the rise of the Ottoman Empire. With the conquest of Lesbos Island in the time of Fatih in 1462, the Ottomans had an important naval base in the Aegean Sea, thus apart from the maintenance of the outer fronts of the Anatolian coast. Afterwards, according to the laws, the census and economic income sources of the island started and were immediately put into writing. In addition, migrations from Anatolia were planned and Turkish borders were placed here, and the castle was built and built for the security of the island. In this study, based on the Ottoman Archive sources, the officials who performed important military services on the island in the 16th century in Lesbos, who were a kind of service class, were written as "exempt and musellem reaya", were appointed by the state and did not respond to these services Approximate information we will work. This logistic support class was in charge of fulfilling very important needs in the Ottoman military organization, such as cleaning the army's superior and ammunition, the roads the army would pass through, transporting it to the grain, repairing the fortress, shipyard service, bridge construction, mining service, washing water arcs, and harbor.
