Şemseddin Pasha, who served the Empire with these qualities and whose name was not known, was only one of these statesmen. Mehmet Şemseddin Pasha was Circassian origin, who came to Anatolia as an immigrant, served two sultans, Abdulhamid II and Mehmed Reşad II, during their lifetime and with the qualities of superiority. As stated in the Ottoman and Iranian archive documents, Şemseddin Pasha spent his life in duties such as Greece, Romania, Iran and Tripoli-Benghazi. He had a rare and knowledgeable personality that has maintained his modesty in his assigned positions.
