Dinî Düşüncede Reformun Yöntemi ve Bir Örnek: Hırsızlık

This article deals with the problem of how to interpret the Qur?anic verses
in a new method. In chapter one we gave the general and theoretical outline of this
method, and in the second a case of theft was given and interpreted under this new
method. In theoretical level what we mean by reform is to demonstrate the mistake or
blunder made in the past and to substitute it for a better and convenient one. The point
to be underlined is that the new one must be a better one than the former. This requires
exposing the grounds which make it obligatory to get rid of the past one and to replace
it with a better one. This forms the theoretical base of reform. After outlining this base
we applied it to a case study, that?s robbery and we tried to show how it is tackled in
the Qur?a
