In today's world, where technological developments are rapidly spreading, it is unthinkable that educational environments are not affected by these technological developments. In our country, interactive boards were started to be used in schools within the scope of FATİH project. In this context, the advantages and disadvantages of using interactive boards, their costs, attitudes and opinions regarding the use of interactive boards in teacher and student dimensions have been the subject of many studies. In this study, the views of science teachers regarding the use of interactive boards were evaluated. In line with this purpose, the study was carried out with qualitative research methods, in accordance with the phenomenology design. The study group of the research consists of eight volunteer science teachers working in a province of the Eastern Anatolia Region. In determining the participants, the criteria and maximum diversity sampling methods were selected by considering the purposeful sampling methods. The research data were collected using a semi-structured interview form. During the research process, all interviews with teachers were recorded with a voice recorder. During the study process, all the interviews took 214 minutes and the voice recordings were transferred to Mikrosoft Word program as raw data. In the process of interpretation of the interview data, descriptive analysis and content analysis technique was used and the obtained data was digitized and presented as a table. As a result of the research, the teachers stated that the interactive board is not suitable for use in every lesson, the interactive board embodies the abstract concepts, the students participate actively in the lesson thanks to the interactive board, and they achieve the dominance of the classroom by using the interactive board. However, they also have negative views that they have problems in accessing the internet from the interactive board, and that students cannot make learning by experiencing by using the interactive board.
