Öz

Foster-Kennedy sendromu anterior fossanın yer kaplayan kitlesi nedeniyle gelişen, ipsilateral optik atrofi, kontrlateral papil ödemi ve anozmi ile karakterize çok nadir bir sendromdur. Bu makalede Foster-Kennedy sendromu tanısı alan bir hastanın takip bulgularını sunduk. Dev bir ön fossa menenjiyomunun sebep olduğu olguda ileri düzeyde nöro-oftalmalojik inceleme verileri ve MRG inceleme görüntüleri elde ettik.

Öz

Foster-Kennedy syndrome (FKS), caused by space occupying anterior calvarial fossa masses, is a very rare syndrom consisting of ipsilateral optic atrophy, contralateral papilledema and anosmia.In this article, we reported the follow-up findings of of a patient diagnosed with Foster Kennedy Syndrome. We had advanced neuroophthalmological examinations and magnetic resonance (MR) images of the case caused by a giant anterior fossa menengioma.
