Öz

The buildings where theater and concert events take place are symbols for the cities and countries in which they are located, and areas of social interaction for people. Malmö Live, which is located in the Malmö region of Sweden and has one of the most important concert halls of today, is one of these symbolic buildings. Malmö Live won the first prize in a competition held when Mölmö joined the city of port information and consists of hotel, office, congress center and concert hall.
This influential Malmö Live building complex; It was evaluated in terms of connection, relationship with transportation systems, formal and functional features, durable and change of physical environment, technology used, construction technology and physical environment. The relationships between different functions on the floors were examined, and the foyer, audience area, stage and backstage units of the concert hall were analyzed. Audience and foyer units were handled specifically for each floor according to the user component, and the area and volume values per person in these units were calculated. Malmö city and Malmö Live were examined with on-site observations, and visual analysis and scanning technologies were used.

Kentsel, Fonksiyonel ve Yapısal Bağlamda Malmö Live Concert Hall

Öz

Tiyatro ve konser etkinliklerinin gerçekleştirildiği yapılar, bulundukları şehirler ve ülkeler için birer sembol, insanlar için ise sosyal etkileşim alanlarıdır. İsveç'in Malmö kentinde bulunan ve günümüzün en önemli konser salonlarından birine sahip olan Malmö Live de bu sembol yapılardan biridir. Malmö Live, Mölmö’nün liman kentinden bilgi kentine dönüşümü sırasında düzenlenen bir yarışmada birincilik ödülü kazanmış olup, otel, ofis, kongre merkezi ve konser salonundan oluşmaktadır.
Bu çalışmada Malmö Live yapı kompleksi; kentsel bağlamı, ulaşım sistemleri ile ilişkisi, biçimsel ve işlevsel özellikleri, yapısal ve fiziksel çevre göstergeleri, kullanılan teknoloji, inşaat teknolojisi ve fiziksel çevre göstergeleri açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Katlardaki farklı işlevler arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiş, konser salonunun fuaye, seyirci alanı, sahne ve kulis birimleri analiz edilmiştir. Seyirci ve fuaye birimleri kullanıcı sayılarına göre her kata özel olarak ele alınmış ve bu birimlerde kişi başına düşen alan ve hacim değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Malmö kenti ve Malmö Live yerinde gözlemlerle incelenmiş, çalışmada görsel analiz ve tarama teknikleri kullanılmıştır.
