SEÇİM ÇEVRİMLERİ TEORİLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR LİTERATÜR TARAMASI

Öz

Bu çalışma, Seçim Çevrimleri Teorileri’nin tespitine
yönelik olarak yakın geçmişte yapılmış olan ampirik çalışmaların taraması
niteliğindedir. Burada amaç, politika ile ekonomi arasındaki ölçülebilir
ilişkileri ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada önce Seçim Çevrimleri Teorileri’nin
kuramsal çerçevesi incelenmiş sonra konu kapsamında yapılmış ampirik çalışmalar
üzerinde durulmuştur. Literatür taraması, Türkiye ekonomisi ve yabancı ülke
ekonomileri için yapılan çalışmalar şeklinde iki ana başlık altında
gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada, seçim çevrimlerinin oluşumunun sebepleri ve
sonuçlarının ülkelerin yapısına göre farklılık gösterdiği ortaya konmuştur. Çalışma
bu yönüyle ileride politika ve ekonomi arasındaki ilişkiyi irdeleyecek ampirik
çalışmalar için kaynak niteliğindedir.
