Felsefe Tarihi Araştırmalarında Kullanılan Dijital Araçlar ve Metotlar

Öz

Günümüzdeki bilgi teknolojisi, beşerî bilimlere yönelik araştırmaların verimliliğini arttırırken, bu alandaki teknolojiler, belirli bir konuyu veya belgeyi otomatik olarak analiz etmek, diğer fikirlerle bağlantıları kolaylaştırmak ve tarih anlayışına farklı bir bakış açısı getirmek için kullanılabilmektedir. Bu anlamda yaşadığımız çağda dijitalleşme ve dijital verilerin kullanımı bilimsel yöntem üzerine büyük etkilerde bulunmakta ve araştırmacılar bilgi edinmek için geleneksel yöntemlere alternatif olarak dijital verilere odaklanmaktadır. Günümüzdeki felsefe tarihi araştırmaları tıpkı diğer sosyal bilimler alanlarında olduğu gibi söz konusu dijital tekniklerden yararlanmakta ve alana yeni bakış açıları getirmektedir. Yapılan bu çalışmada dijital beşerî bilimlerin, felsefe tarihi araştırmalarında kullanılabilecek yeni dijital metotların, tekniklerin ve araçların ve Türkiye’de yapılabilecek araştırmalara yeni bir ufuk açması için yapılmış olan belli başlı dijital felsefe tarihi projelerinin tanıtılması amaçlanmaktadır.

Digital Tools and Methods in Studies on History of Philosophy

Öz

While modern information technology improves the effectiveness of humanities study, it may also be used to systematically evaluate a certain topic or document, make links with other concepts, and provide a new perspective on how history is understood. In this sense, in the age we live in, digitalization and the use of digital data have great effects on the scientific method. Researchers focus on digital data as an alternative to traditional methods of obtaining information. Today's research on the history of philosophy, just like in other sciences, takes advantage of these digital techniques and brings new perspectives to the field. The purpose of this study is to introduce digital humanities, new digital methods, techniques, and tools that can be used in research on the history of philosophy, as well as some digital philosophy history projects that have been established to open up new research possibilities in Turkey.
