Dr. Gallina was promoted to Professor in 2007. Among his academic achievements are a Doctorate from the University of Guelph, and a Master of Laws (with Distinction) from the University of Leicester. Prior to coming to Bishop’s he had a 15-year career with the Ontario Ministry of Labour implementing the Paul Weiler reforms to occupational health and to workers’ compensation. He has published widely, and has been a consultant in all areas of employment relations. His consultancy includes work for the Government of Canada and the European Union.

Teona Mataradze is an experienced academic and researcher. She currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Tbilisi State University. She specializes in research methods in the social sciences, offering expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research. She particularly focuses on post-socialist transformations. Mataradze holds a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany.

Her career spans various roles, including research consultant and lecturer, with significant involvement in teaching and conducting research in sociology, social anthropology, and gender studies. Mataradze has taught at several prestigious institutions, including the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and the University of Georgia. In addition, she has contributed to the field through a series of academic publications and participation in international conferences.

Mataradze has been actively involved in numerous projects, collaborating with organizations like DEPA Consulting and Caritas Czech Republic. She has also directed several studies and evaluations in fields ranging from youth employment and gender studies to labour market assessments and migration studies. Her work often intersects with socio-economic analysis and the study of marginalized groups, including youth and people with disabilities (PWDs), ensuring that her research is deeply rooted in societal issues and practical applications.

In her academic career, Mataradze has also held leadership positions, such as Vice Dean of Science at Tbilisi State University, where she managed research activities and coordinated scientific endeavours. Her research contributions and leadership in academia and consultancy continue to shape Georgia's academic and professional discourse and beyond.

Dr. Veronika Linhartová earned her Ph.D. in Economics in 2014, specializing in unethical behavior, particularly corruption. Her research explores the causes and consequences of corruption, with a strong emphasis on its economic impact, including the role of macroeconomic performance. Dr. Linhartová has published several books, book chapters, and numerous scientific papers. She has also participated in various national and international conferences, where she has presented her research and engaged in discussions with leading global experts.

Currently, Dr. Linhartová serves as the Head of the Department of Economics, Economy, and Public Administration at AMBIS University in Prague, Czech Republic, and as the program director for the international Business Economy and Management program. She has extensive teaching experience at both public and private universities, at the undergraduate and graduate levels, in both Czech and English. Her passion for intercultural communication and travel has also led her to lecture at universities in Lithuania, Cyprus, Greece, and Turkey, enriching her global perspective.

Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Gül: 1991 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi Kamu Yönetimi Bölümü’nden mezun oldu. Hacettepe Üniversitesi, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi, Kamu Yönetimi Bölümü’nde yüksek lisans çalışmaları yaparken, YÖK bursu kazanarak lisansüstü eğitimi için Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’ne gitti. Teksas Üniversitesi’nde Kentsel Çalışmalar ve Kamu Yönetimi alanlarında iki yüksek lisans, Kent ve Kamu Yönetimi alanında ise doktora derecesi aldı. 1999 ve 2000 yıllarında, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde gerçekleştirilen 1996-refah devleti reformu üzerine Rockefeller Enstitüsü’nce yürütülen araştırma projesinin Teksas ayağında araştırma görevlisi olarak çalıştı. Halen Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi, Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi Bölümü’nde öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır. Hüseyin Gül, kentsel yoksullukla ve kent ve kamu politikalarıyla ilgili değişik araştırma projelerinde yer almıştır. Bu alanların yanı sıra, kamu yönetimi ve sosyal devlet reformu, yerel yönetimler, kentleşme, kent ve kamu politikası, yerel kalkınma ve yönetişim, kentsel yoksullukla mücadele, kariyer planlaması gibi alanlarda ulusal ve uluslararası çalışmaları bulunmaktadır.

Dr. Perfecto Gatbonton Aquino Jr graduated with high honors his PhD in Public Administration at the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas , Manila , Philippines. He is a recipient of the " Best Reviewer of the Year " awarded by IGI Global Publishing USA in 2024. Likewise, Dr. Aquino Jr is currently an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Public Administration in the Digital Age, a Scopus indexed journal from IGI Global Publishing USA. He is a resident researcher cum Senior Lecturer at Duy Tan University Vietnam and was a former Research Director . He has published several books and papers which were duly published in Scopus and Web of Science Analytics indexed journals. Furthermore, he is a proactive peer reviewer on articles submitted to him for a double blind evaluation via Sage , Routledge , Springer , Springer Elsevier, Wiley and Son' s Ltd , Emerald, among others .
