Dr. Veronika Linhartová earned her Ph.D. in Economics in 2014, specializing in unethical behavior, particularly corruption. Her research explores the causes and consequences of corruption, with a strong emphasis on its economic impact, including the role of macroeconomic performance. Dr. Linhartová has published several books, book chapters, and numerous scientific papers. She has also participated in various national and international conferences, where she has presented her research and engaged in discussions with leading global experts.Currently, Dr. Linhartová serves as the Head of the Department of Economics, Economy, and Public Administration at AMBIS University in Prague, Czech Republic, and as the program director for the international Business Economy and Management program. She has extensive teaching experience at both public and private universities, at the undergraduate and graduate levels, in both Czech and English.
