Ludwig von Mises'in bürokrasi anlayışı: Devlet müdahalesine misesyen bir bakış

Öz

Bu çalışma, Ludwig von Mises’in bürokrasi anlayışını incelemektedir. Mises, bireyci bir yaklaşım benimseyerek bürokrasiyi insan eyleminin bir ürünü olarak değerlendirmekte ve yeni bir bürokrasi modeli önermek yerine mevcut bürokratik yapının olumlu ve olumsuz yönlerini ele almaktadır. Araştırma, bürokrasi ile devlet müdahalesi ilişkisine odaklanarak, bunun piyasa ekonomilerine etkilerini değerlendirmektedir. Bu bağlamda bürokratik zihniyetin ekonomi politikalarını nasıl şekillendirdiği ve bireysel özgürlüğü ne ölçüde sınırlandırdığı analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca, bireycilik ve toplumsal iş birliği arasındaki denge ele alınarak, ekonomik ve sosyal düzenin sürdürülebilirliğinde piyasa dinamiklerinin rolü vurgulanmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın metodolojisi, Mises’in bürokrasi eleştirisi ve müdahaleci devlet anlayışının karşılaştırmalı analizine dayanmaktadır. Bulgular, ekonomik özgürlük, insan eyleminin incelenmesi ve farklı politik sistemlerde bürokrasinin sınırlamaları üzerine yapılan tartışmalara katkı sunmayı amaçlamaktadır.

Ludwig von Mises’s bureaucracy understanding: A misesian perspective on state intervention

Öz

This study examines Ludwig von Mises’s bureaucracy understanding. Adopting an individualistic approach, Mises evaluates bureaucracy as a product of human action rather than proposing a new bureaucratic model. Instead, he analyzes both the positive and negative aspects of existing bureaucratic structures. The research focuses on the relationship between bureaucracy and state intervention, assessing its impact on market economies. In this context, the study analyzes how the bureaucratic mindset shapes economic policies and to what extent it restricts individual freedom. Furthermore, the balance between individualism and social cooperation is explored, emphasizing the role of market dynamics in ensuring the sustainability of economic and social order. The methodology of this research is based on a comparative analysis of Mises’s critique of bureaucracy and his perspective on interventionist states. The findings aim to contribute to discussions on economic freedom, the study of human action, and the limitations of bureaucracy in different political systems.
