Öz

Türkçenin
yabancılara öğretiminde, yaşamın tüm alanlarını etkileyen İnternet ve
bilgisayar teknolojisinin olanaklarından faydalanmak gerekir. Bu kapsamda
Türkçenin yabancılara öğretiminde kullanılacak teknolojik materyallerden biri
de podcastlerdir. Dil öğretiminde podcastler kullanılarak daha etkili ve hızlı sonuçlar
alınabilir. Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılacak podcastlerin sahip olması gereken
özellikleri ortaya koymaya çalışan bu araştırmada veriler, betimsel tarama
yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. İnternet ortamında yapılan araştırma, “Türkçe
öğretimi podcast”, “yabancılara Türkçe öğretimi podcast”, “learn Turkish
podcast” ifadeleriyle sınırlandırılmış ve bu alanda yapılan çalışmalardan
yararlanılmıştır. Ayrıca İngilizce öğretimi için hazırlanmış İnternet
ortamındaki podcastlerden “British Council” ve “ello.org” sitelerindeki
podcastler incelenmiştir. Podcastler içerik, kültür aktarımı, farklı etkinlikleri
barındırma ve oyunla öğretim vb. açılarından ele alınarak hazırlanacak Türkçe
podcastlerin sahip olması gereken nitelikler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

Yabancılara
Türkçe öğretiminde kullanılmak üzere hazırlanacak yapılandırılmış bir podcast;
dilin doğal gelişimini yansıtan diyaloglardan ve öğrenci seviyelerine göre planlanan
senaryolardan oluşmalı, sunucular aracılığıyla aktarılmalı, öğretilen dilin
kültürel zenginliklerini kapsayacak şekilde düzenlenmeli, masal ve efsanenin
merak uyandırıcı etkisinden yararlanmalı; fıkra, bilmece ve oyunlar
aracılığıyla eğlenceli hale getirilmeli, alanında yetkin kişiler tarafından
oluşturulmalı, dinleme sonrasında kelime, gramer ve anlamlandırma çalışmalarına
yer verilmelidir.

NECESSARY CHARACTERİSTİCS OF A STRUCTURED PODCAST TO BE USED İN TEACHİNG TURKİSH TO FOREİGNERS

Öz

In
teaching Turkish to foreigners, it is necessary to benefit from the facilities
of the İnternet and computer technologies which affect all domains of life. In
this context, one of the technological materials to be used in teaching Turkish
to foreigners are podcasts. Using podcasts in language teaching can yield more
effective and faster results. In this study, which aims to reveal the necessary
characteristics of the podcast to be used in teaching Turkish to foreigners,
the data was obtained using the descriptive screening method. The study which
was carried out on the İnternet was limited with the "Turkish teaching
podcast, "teaching Turkish to foreigners podcast", and  “learn Turkish podcast” key words and studies
at these domains were benefited from. In addition, podcasts on the “British
Council” and“ello.org” websites that are prepared for English teaching on the
internet were examined. Podcasts were analyzed based on content, culture
transfer, incorporation of different activities, and learning by playing etc.
to determine the necessary characteristics of the Turkish podcasts to be
prepared. A structured podcast to be used for teaching Turkish to foreigners
should consist of dialogues reflecting the natural development of the language
and scenarios tailored according to the students' levels, should be transferred
through servers, organized in a way that covers the cultural richness of the
language to be taught, take use of the intriguing effect of tales and myths,
rendered funny through jokes, riddles, and games, developed by field experts,
and include vocabulary, grammar and meaning exercises after listening studies.
