PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMA MÜDAHALESİ OLARAK BİREYSEL PSİKOLOJİK DANIŞMA

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir müdahale biçimi olarak, bireysel psikolojik danışmanın gelişimsel rehberlik kapsamında kuramsal yönden ele alıp açıklamaktır. Araştırmada "kitaplık araştırma yöntemi" kullanılmıştır. Veriler araştırma kapsamındaki literatürün taranmasıyla elde edilmiştir. Bireysel psikolojik danışmada görüşülen ortalama birey sayısının 6 ile 8 arasında değiştiği ve oturumlarında genellikle 6 ile 10 arasında düzenlenmesinin daha uygun olacağı belirtilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, bireysel psikolojik danışmanlık bir müdahale şekli olarak değerli ve saygı gören bir müdahale türüdür. Okul danışmanları tarafından en çok tercih edilen bir müdahale yaklaşımıdır. Bu yaklaşım diğer danışmanlık yöntemlerine aşina olmayan birçok öğretmen, yönetici ve aile tarafından tek danışmanlık türü olarak kabul edilmektedir.

Individual Counselling as a Counselor Intervention

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to clarify theoretically individual counseling as an intervention based on developmental guidance. In the study, Library research design is used. The data is obtained by searching the literature. It is stated that average client number the counselor work with changes from 6 to 8 and it is appropriate to have usually sessions in number of 6 to 10. Consequently, individual psychological counseling is a valuable and respected intervention type. It is the most preferred intervention approach by school counselors. This approach is regarded as the only counseling type by many teachers, administrators and family members who are not familiar with other forms of counseling
