of marinas. Marina entity contributes to regional economy after starting activites. Yachting managers, suppliers, restaurants,
accomodation business etc are getting external benefits and from these marinas and regional economy feels new development.
Marina entities must take into consideration demand and need of regional population besides of organizing their internal services.
They must realize social and cultural activities within internal structure but must oversee to built an attractive center for the city.
They should be sponsor for sports activies. They should built social facilities like cinemas, theatres, libraries, conference halls
within marina. They will satisfy their own customers with some activities like Bienal, exhibitons, concerts, festivals as well as
creating livable coastal cities. They should employ qualified personnel to maximize function of all departments. They should
establish departments to organize continous cultural, art, and social activities. All personnel should be recognized how distinctive
entity they work for as much as marinas have variable social functions. Organizational distinctive visions should be maintained and all personnel should be given consious of this vision. Contribution of marina managers are very important to create livable
