Giresun'da Faaliyet Gösteren Çay İşletmelerinde İnovasyonun Önündeki Gizli Engellerin Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemleriyle Belirlenmesine Yönelik Bir Uygulama

With globalization, it has become a difficult situation for enterprises to survive in the Sundays and gain a competitive advantage. Cost, which is one of the most important factors in achieving competitive advantage in today's Sundays, has ceased to be a single determining factor. These changes have caused businesses to turn to innovation activities, which is a feature that makes a difference. Innovation has become an important tool for enterprises to achieve competitive advantage, increase profitability and create value by taking part in the Sunday with new products. Decently, the source of sustainable production in today's economic structure of the agricultural sector depends on R&D and innovation. In order for enterprises to compete, creating a difference and innovative conditions were the main conditions in the past, but today it is a basic necessity that will ensure the survival of enterprises. However, within the corporate structures related to innovation, there is a danger that projects lacking free time and resources will only remain at the level of ideas and, at best, limited improvement without the help of management. For this reason, in order for the innovation phase to be successfully implemented and managed in enterprises, it is necessary to eliminate the institutional obstacles that occur at this stage. In this study, which attempts to reveal the hidden obstacles to the spread of innovation in tea enterprises in Giresun province, the Fuzzy AHP method, one of the Multi-Criteria Decision-Making methods, was used. As a result of the research conducted using the fuzzy AHP method, the criterion with the highest weight among the hidden obstacles to innovation in tea enterprises was “Lack of Qualified Personnel and Technical Experience”. On the other hand, it has been determined that the factor that has the least weight for hidden obstacles to innovation in tea enterprises is the “Perspective on Innovation (Risky Vision)”.

Küreselleşmeyle beraber işletmelerin pazarlarda ayakta kalabilmesi ve rekabet avantajı elde etmesi zor bir duruma dönüşmüştür. Günümüz pazarlarında rekabet üstünlüğü elde etmede en önemli unsurlardan olan maliyet artık tek bir belirleyici unsur olmaktan çıkmıştır. Bu değişimler, işletmelerin fark oluşturan bir özelliği olan inovasyon faaliyetlerine yönelmesine sebebiyet vermiştir. İnovasyon, işletmelerin rekabet üstünlüğü elde etmesi, karlılığını arttırması ve yeni ürünlerle pazarda yer alarak değer oluşturmasında önemli bir araç haline gelmiştir. Özellikle tarım sektörünün günümüz ekonomik yapısında sürdürülebilir üretimin kaynağı Ar-Ge ve inovasyona bağlıdır. İşletmelerin, rekabet edebilmeleri için fark meydana getirmek ve yenilikçi olma koşulları eskiden ana koşul iken günümüzde işletmelerin hayatta kalabilmelerini sağlayacak olan bir temel zorunluluktur. Ancak inovasyona dair kurumsal yapıların içerisinde yönetim yardımı olmadan, serbest zaman ve kaynaktan yoksun projeler yalnızca fikir, en iyi ihtimalle de kısıtlı iyileştirme düzeyinde kalma tehlikesi bulunmaktadır. Bu sebeple işletmelerde inovasyon aşamasının başarılı bir biçimde uygulanarak yönetilebilmesi amacıyla bu aşamada meydana gelen kurumsal engelleri bertaraf etmek gerekir. Giresun ili özelinde çay işletmelerinde inovasyonun yaygınlaşmasının önündeki gizli engeller ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılan bu çalışmada Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemlerinden biri olan Bulanık AHP yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bulanık AHP yöntemiyle yapılan araştırma sonucunda çay işletmelerinde inovasyonun önündeki gizli engellerden en yüksek ağırlığa sahip kriter “Nitelikli Personel ve Teknik Deneyim Yetersizliği” olmuştur. Diğer taraftan çay işletmelerinde inovasyonun önündeki gizli engeller için en az ağırlığa sahip olan faktörün ise “İnovasyona Bakış Açısı (Riskli Görme)” olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
