The Investigation of Anti-Urease and Anti-Elastase Activities of Firstly Synthesized Eperezolide-like Derivatives

Antiurease and
anti-elastase activities of the oxazolidinone derived eperezolid-like compounds
which were synthesized for the first time were examined. The highest and lowest
antiurease activity were observed in the compounds 8 (IC50 = 1.91x10-3 ±
2.97x10-4 μM) and 10 (IC50 = 6,03x10-3±1,98x10-4 μM), respectively. The highest and lowest anti-elastase
activities were observed in compounds 8 (IC50 = 2,2x10-2 ± 2,6x10-3
μM) and 1 (IC50
= 4,1x10-2 ±1,3x10-3 μM),
respectively.

En yüksek ve en düşük antiüreaz aktivite sırasıyla 8 (IC50 = 1.91x10-3 ± 2.97x10-4 μM) ve 10 bileşiklerinde (IC50
= 6,03x10-3±1,98x10-4 μM) gözlendi. En yüksek ve
en düşük anti-elastaz aktivite ise sırasıyla 8 (IC50 = 2,2x10-2 ± 2,6x10-3
μM) ve 1
bileşiklerinde (IC50 = 4,1x10-2 ±1,3x10-3
μM) gözlendi.
