Hamsi ve Çaça Unu İçeren Yemlerin Yunus Çiklit (Crytocara moorii Boulenger, 1902) Yavrularının Büyümesi Üzerine Etkileri

Öz

Bu çalışmada, hamsi (Engraulis encrasicolus L.) ve çaça (Sprattus sprattus L.) unu ile hazırlanan yemlerin, yunus çiklit (Crytocara moori) yavrularının büyüme performansı ve yem değerlendirme oranı üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Üç tekerrürlü olarak yürütülen çalışmada, başlangıç ortalama ağırlığı 0,247 ± 0,00 olan yavru balıklar, su sıcaklığı 24.3 oC olan 20 L su hacmine sahip 6 adet akvaryuma stok yoğunluğu 10 adet balık/akvaryum olacak şekilde konulmuştur. Yunus çiklit balığının besin ihtiyaçlarına göre hazırlanmış izonitrojenik (% 45 protein) ve izolipidik (% 20 yağ) olarak formüle edilmiş iki ayrı deneme yemi ile balıklar 12 hafta süreyle günde iki kez yemlenmişlerdir. Deneme sonunda en iyi canlı ağırlık artışı, spesifik büyüme oranı, yem değerlendirme oranı ve protein dönüşüm randımanı, çaça unu ile hazırlanan yemle beslenen gruptan elde edilmiş ve hamsi unu ile hazırlanan yemle beslenen grupla kıyaslandığında aradaki farkın istatistiksel olarak önemli (p < 0,05) olduğu bulunmuştur

The Effects of Diets Containing Anchovy and Sprat Fish Meal on Growth of the Blue Dolphin Cichlid (Crytocara moorii Boulenger, 1902) Fry

In this study, the effects of diets prepared with anchovy (Engraulis encrasicolus L.) and sprat (Sprattus sprattus L.) fish meals on the growth of the blue dolphin cichlid (Crytocara moorii) fry was determined. At the start of this study, which was randomly assigned to triplicate groups, fry with an average weight of 0.247 ± 0.00 g were stocked in 6 aquariums with a water temperatureof 24.3 oC and a volume of 20 liters at a rate of 10 fish / aquarium. Two experimental diets which were formulated in accordance with the needs of the fish feed in both isonitrogenic (45 % protein) and isolipidic (20 % lipid); fish were fed 2 times a day for 12-week period. At the end of this trial period; the best weight gain, specific growth rate, feed conversion rate and protein efficiency ratio were all obtained in the group fed with the sprat fish meals and a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05) was detected when the results obtained from this group were compared with the results obtained from the group fed with the anchovy fish meals
