Ethical Principles
Journal of Karya Health Science; The International Council of Medical Journal Editors/ICMJE), which is prepared as a guide for authors, referees and editors, is based on the guides of the International Council of Medical Journal Editors/ICMJE) and the Committee of Publication Ethics.
Karya Journal of Health Science expects all stakeholders (authors, readers, researchers, publishers, referees and editors) to comply with the following ethical responsibilities in order to contribute to the progress of science impartially and accurately.
The following ethical responsibilities are written in the light of guides and policies prepared by Cope.

Ethical responsibilities of authors
• To guarantee the originality of the article they sent for publication

• Not sending the published full text statement as an article
• To guarantee that the article they sent for publication has not been published anywhere else before
• Not allowing unjust writing in the article they sent for publication
• Explain the situations and relationships that may constitute a conflict of interest in the article they send to be published
• In the article they sent to be published, the research is approved by the relevant ethical committee, the approval and institution permits of the volunteers included in the study and explain in the method section of the article
• To have signed an illuminated consent in case presentations and to explain in the method section of the article,

Relations with readers
• Editors; It should make a decision by taking into account the knowledge, skills and expectations that all readers, researchers and practitioners need. It should aim to ensure that the published studies contribute to the literature and to be original. In addition, it should take into account the feedback received from researchers and practitioners and provide explanatory and informative feedback.

Relations with authors
• Editors should make a positive or negative decision in line with the importance, authenticity, validity, openness of the narrative, and appropriateness of the journal.
• Editors should take the preliminary evaluation stage unless the studies covered by the publication have serious problems.
• Editors should not ignore the positive suggestions made by the referees unless there are serious problems in the structure of the study.
• New editors should not change the decisions of the previous editor on the work unless there are serious concerns.
• Editors should make every effort to prevent possible deviations from defined "blind arbitration and evaluation processes".
• Explanatory and informative feedback should be provided to authors.

Relations with Reviewers
• Choosing the reviewers in accordance with the subject of the study
• Providing the necessary information and guidance to the reviewers in the evaluation phase
• Watching if there is a conflict of interest between reviewers and writers
• Keeping the identities of the reviewers in double blind examination
• To encourage reviewers to examine the article impartial, scientific and objectively
• Developing policies that improve the performance of the reviewers

Relations with the Editorial Board
• To ensure that the members of the Editorial Board in accordance with their processes, broadcasting policies and guidelines

Relations with the journal owner and publisher
• The relationship between editors and publisher is based on the principle of editorial independence. In accordance with the contract between the editors and the publisher, all the decisions of the editors are independent of the publisher and journal owner.

Editorial and Double Blind Arbitration Processes
• Editors are obliged to implement the “Blind Arbitration and Evaluation Process” policies specified in the publication policies of the journal. Therefore, the editors should ensure that each article is reviewed neutral, fair and timely.

Quality assurance
• Editors should ensure that each article published in the magazine is published in accordance with magazine broadcasting policies and international standards.

Protection of Personal Information
• Editors are obliged to protect the personal data related to subjects or visuals in the examined articles and to refuse to work if there is no document about the consent of the subjects. In addition, editors; Writers are responsible for protecting the personal information of the referees and readers.

Ethics Committee, Human and Animal Rights
• Editors; It is obliged to ensure the protection of human and animal rights in the studies evaluated. The approval of the Ethics Committee on the subjects used in the studies is responsible for refusing the study in cases where there is no permission for experimental research.

Measures against possible abuse and abuse
• Editors; It is obliged to take precautions against possible abuse and abuse of duty. In addition to conducting a meticulous and objective investigation on the determination and evaluation of complaints about this situation, sharing the findings on the subject is among the editors' responsibilities.

Ensuring academic honesty
• Editors should ensure that the mistakes, inconsistencies or inconsistencies involved in the studies are rapidly corrected.

Protection of Intellectual Property Rights
• Editors; He is responsible for protecting the right to intellectual property of all published articles and defending the rights of the journal and the author in possible violations. Construction and clarity to discussion
• Editors should take into account the convincing criticisms of the studies published in the magazine and take a constructive attitude towards such criticism. The criticized study should give the author (s) to answer. It should not be ignored or excluded from the studies containing negative results.

Complaints
• Editors; The author should examine the complaints from the referees or readers and respond in a descriptive and illuminating manner.

Political and Commercial Concerns
• The independent decision of the editors is not affected by the magazine owner, publisher or any other political or commercial factor.

Conflict of interest
• Editors; The author guarantees the completion of the publication process independently and impartially by considering the conflicts of interest between the referees and other editors.

Ethical responsibilities of the reviewers
• Accepting an article about the field of expertise only
• To make an ascetic in impartiality and privacy
• When they think that they faced a conflict of interest in the evaluation process, to inform the magazine editor and refuse to review the article
• To destruct the article they examined in accordance with the principle of confidentiality after the examination process (the referees can only use the final version of the articles they have examined after being published).)

• To examine the article in a constructive and kindly way and avoid making personal comments that contain hostility, slander and insult
• Completing the article they accept on timely and in accordance with the ethical rules specified.

Ethical responsibilities of the publisher
• Editors are responsible for all processes of articles sent to Karya Journal of Health Science. Within this framework, decision -making are editors without considering economic or political interests.
• The publisher accepts an independent editorial decision.

Publication policy
Publication Evaluation and Acceptance Process
Every article coming to Karya Journal of Health Science is first evaluated by editors in terms of writing, scientific value, originality, plagiarism and ethical. Articles that do not comply with these criteria are rejected by reasons without being taken into consideration. The appropriate articles are first examined by the Secretariat in terms of article writing rules. The text is then sent to the statistical and language editor according to its type. Field editors are appointed to the articles completing this process. Alan Editors send articles to two independent referees who are experts in their fields. The names of the referees and writers are mutually kept confidential. It is 5 days to inform the referees whether they will evaluate the letter sent to them. The evaluation period of the referees who agreed to evaluate the article is 15 days. This process is followed and carried out by field editors. If the arbitrator is not accepted, the field editors appoint a new referee for the letter. The two of the referees are included in the process of “publication” to the editorial board with the positive opinion and the field editor. The letter, which receives a positive negative referee report, is sent to a third referee and whether the article is published or not is determined in accordance with the third referee's report. The time for the requested corrections from the authors is 15 days. Authors are required to upload the desired corrections to the system via the Dergipark. The broadcast review process is concluded within an average of 3 months. All operations are carried out electronically. The editorial board decides which issue of the adopted article will be published. In the final checks performed during the layout of the articles accepted to be published, spelling and grammar errors can be corrected by the editorial board without touching the content of the article.

Withdrawal
The text may be withdrawn by the responsible author in the preliminary evaluation step.
The text cannot be withdrawn during the evaluation or publication phase.
After the article has been published, the authors are obliged to cooperate with the magazine editor in the withdrawal processes. The author (s), who wishes to withdraw a published article, is obliged to transmit the article name, the reasons for withdrawing the article, the reasons for withdrawal, with the wet signature of each author, via Kilichanbayar@gmail.com address. Editorial Board provides a return within 15 days by examining the withdrawal notification.

Charge policy
No fee is requested for the evaluation and publication of the articles. Writers are not paid for the articles published in the journal.

COPYRIGHT
By signing the Copyright License Agreement, authors agree that if their text is accepted for publication in Karya Journal of Health Science, it will be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND) license. Authors also agree to transfer copyright of the text to Karya Journal of Health Science upon publication.
