İNSAN HAKLARI AÇISINDAN GÜNEY AFRİKA NİHAİ ANAYASASI’NIN YAPIM SÜRECİ

Öz

Bu çalışma anayasa yapım süreçlerinin kapsayıcılığı bakımından önem taşıyan Güney Afrika Anayasası yapım sürecine ilişkin olarak Jeremy Sarkin tarafından yazılmış olan “The Drafting of the Final South African Constitution from a Human Rights Perspective”, makalesinin türkçeye çevrilmiş halidir. Makalede anayasa yapım süreci insan hakları açısından ele alınmış ve yeni anayasal düzenin Apartheid sonrası Güney Afrika'nın demokratikleşmesine ve insan haklarının korunması ve geliştirilmesine katkısı değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çeviride konunun Türk öğretisine katkı sunması amaçlanmaktadır.
