BRAND PERSONALITY AND SERVICE QUALITY RELATIONSHIP: A MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY EXAMPLE
Abstract
Objectives: Service companies are trying
to find different ways to compete. One of them is differentiation. Brand personality
is an important instrument as a differentiation method. The aim of the study is
to state the relationship between brand personality and service quality as a
differentiation instrument.
Methods: 267 questionnaires were
collected in Bursa. Sampling method is not random. Brand personality
dimensions, service quality, service trust and loyalty relationships were analysed.
Results: According
to this all dimensions of brand personality have relationship with service
quality and some dimensions of brand personality have relationship with service
trust and loyalty.
