Öz

Bu çalışmada Kashima ve Hardie (2000) tarafından geliştirilen “İlişkisel-Bireyci Toplulukçu Benlik Ölçeği”nin genç yetişkinler için uyarlanması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma Ankara merkezde ikamet eden ve yaşları 22 ile 30 arasında değişen 344 kişilik bir grup üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Ölçeğin güvenirliğini test etmek için Cronbach Alpha ve test-tekrar test güvenirlik analizleri yapılmış, geçerliliğini değerlendirebilmek için dil ve yapı geçerliliği çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmiştir ve cinsiyetler arası fark hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha (α) güvenirliği bireycilik alt ölçeği için .73, ilişkisellik alt ölçeği için .68, toplulukçuluk alt ölçeği için .77 ve İlişkisel-Bireyci-Toplulukçu Benlik Ölçeği toplam için .86 bulunmuştur. Yine ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha değerleri ikiye bölünmüş modelde 1. kısım için .79, 2. kısım için .77, Spearman Brown katsayısı ise .76 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Test-tekrar test güvenirliği çalışmasında iki uygulama arasında .01 anlamlılık düzeyinde .79 ile güçlü ve pozitif bir korelasyon olduğu görülmüştür. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliğinde kullanılan doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda uyum indeksi değerleri א 2/sd (841/315)= 2.66, GFI = 0.85, AGFI= 0.82, NNFI= 0.90, CFI= 0.91, RMSEA= 0.07, SRMR= 0.06 olarak bulunmuş, ölçeğin üçlü faktör yapısı doğrulanmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada ölçeğin benlik kurgusu açısından cinsiyet farklarını değerlendirmede de kullanılabildiği görülmüştür. Sonuçlar İlişkisel-BireyciToplulukçu Benlik Ölçeğinin genç yetişkinler için geçerli ve güvenilir olduğunu göstermiştir
