LOJİSTİK İŞLETMELERİNİN LOJİSTİK 4.0 ALGILARININ İNCELENMESİ: NİTEL VERİ ANALİZİ

Öz
Lojistik 4.0 lojistik sektöründe yürütülen faaliyetlerin teknoloji etkisiyle ilerlemesini önceliğine alan ve buna yönelik olarak da sektörün gelişimini içeren bir kavramdır. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın amacı Lojistik 4.0 etkisiyle sektörel açıdan uygulanan teknolojileri ve sektörün Lojistik 4.0’a bakış açısını derinlemesine incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden faydalanılarak lojistik sektöründe hizmet veren işletmelerin Lojistik 4.0 yeniliğine olan yaklaşımı incelenmiştir. Nitel araştırma yöntemleri arasından yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemi ile katılımcı olarak belirlenmiş 20 lojistik işletmesi yöneticisine ulaşılmıştır. Veri analizi MAXQDA 2022 programı ile yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın sonucunda Lojistik 4.0 ile güncel teknolojinin, ekonomik üstünlük ve rekabet avantajının sağlanabildiği, sektörün Lojistik 4.0 teknolojileri ile uyumlu çalışma kapsamında yatırımlara yöneldiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

INVESTIGATION OF LOGISTICS 4.0 PERCEPTIONS OF LOGISTICS BUSINESSES: QUALITATIVE DATA ANALYSIS

Logistics 4.0 is a concept that prioritizes the advancement of activities carried out in the logistics sector with the influence of technology and includes the development of the sector accordingly. In this context, the aim of the research is to deeply examine the technologies applied in the sector with the influence of Logistics 4.0 and the sector's perspective on Logistics 4.0. For this purpose, the approach of companies serving in the logistics sector to Logistics 4.0 innovation was examined by using qualitative research methods. Among the qualitative research methods, 20 logistics business managers who were determined as participants were reached through structured interview method. Data analysis was carried out with the MAXQDA 2022 program. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the current technology, economic superiority and competitive advantage can be achieved with Logistics 4.0, and that the sector is turning to investments within the scope of working in harmony with Logistics 4.0 technologies.
