Öz

Although fibrous dysplasia is a rare, benign bone tumor, it has a potential of malignant transformation. Fibrous dysplasia may effect one or more bones. The most commonly involved areas in head and neck region are maxilla and mandibula bones. Paranasal sinüs involvement is rare. Surgical resection is the preferred treatment method in symtomatic patients. In this paper, a 33 years old woman complaining of headache and symptoms of sinusitis is presented with her paranasal Computed Tomography(CT) findings completely.obliterated by fibrous dysplasia

Öz

Fibröz displazi, nadir ve iyi huylu bir kemik tümörü olmakla beraber malign transformasyon potansiyeline sahiptir. Fibröz displazi, tek veya birden fazla kemiği tutabilir. Baş ve boyun bölgesinde fibröz displazinin en sık rastlandığı yer maksilla ve mandibula kemikleridir. Paranazal sinüs tutulumu nadirdir. Semptomatik hastalarda tercih edilen tedavi yöntemi cerrahi eksizyondur. Bu yazıda, 33 yaşında baş ağrısı, sinüzit şikayeti ve bulgularıyla paranazal sinüs BT çekilen ve sol maksiler sinüsü tama yakın oblitere eden fibröz displazili kadın olgunun paranazal BT bulgularını sunduk
